Promo Mechanics:

Get a chance to win exciting rides and prizes when you Ride-Thru at McDonald’s from September 5- October 29, 2021.

1. The promo is open to McDonald’s Drive-Thru customers who meet the following requirements:
   • Orders a minimum purchase amount of PhP 100.00 at participating McDonald’s Drive- Thru. A single receipt with the minimum purchase requirement entitles customers with (1) one e-raffle entry. One Drive-Thru receipt = One e-raffle entry.
   • Orders during the promo period: September 5 – October 29, 2021.
2. How to get a raffle entry:
   • Visit a participating McDonald’s Ride-Thru branch (see list below)
   • Buy any McDonald’s products worth at least PhP 100.00 (net of government mandated discounts and promotional discounts)
   • Register via the McDonald’sApp
     • If customer doesn’t have McDonald’s App, he/she needs to download via Google Play or Apple AppStore. Customer has to create an app profile to be able to use the promo registration feature.
     • Existing users of McDonald’s app may register via the app home page.
     • Click the promo banner on the homepage to create an account.
     • Fill-out with the following details:
       • First Name, Last Name
       • Create password
       • Mobile number
       • Complete residential address
       • E-mail address
     • Accept the terms and conditions
     • Click Submit
   • Submit entries via the McDonald’sApp
     • Customers may upload multiple entries per registered profile, by inputting the following:
       • Order Number (identifies if Drive-Thru transaction)
       • Survey Code (store number)
       • Official Receipt #
       • Date of purchase
3. Deadline of Entry Submission will be on October 29, 2021, 11:59pm.
4. Raffle draw will be held on November 5, 2021, 3pm at the McDonald’s Philippines Head Office (8F F&M Lopez II Building, C. Palanca St. Makati City) or virtually, should the pandemic restrictions require employees to work-from-home.
5. Winners will be drawn randomly. Prizes for the raffle promo are as follows:
   • One (1) winner of NEW Chevrolet Tracker LT Redline Edition
   • Three (3) winners of Vespa Primavera motorcycle*
   • Three (3) winners of Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle*
   • Three (3) winners of Marlin 4 bicycle*
   • One (1) winner of 1 set (4 pcs) Yokohama  Tires
   • Ten (10) winners of Php10,000 worth of Yokohama gift certificates
     • *Color may vary depending on availability
6. A customer may win only one prize.
7. A DTI representative will be invited during the raffle draws on the dates specified in Mechanics No. 4. Prior to the announcement of the winner, the DTI representative shall confirm the authenticity and validity of the raffle entry by ensuring that it conforms to the guidelines indicated herein.
8. Winners will be notified via phone call, e-mail address, and registered mailing address.
9. Winners will be announced in McDonald’s official website and pages (Facebook and Twitter).
10. Claiming of prizes will be in the following locations:
    • Winner of the NEW Chevrolet Tracker LT Redline Edition must claim the prize from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at the authorized Chevrolet dealership nearest his/her registered address.
    • Winners of Yokohama Tire set and gift certificates must claim their prizes from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday at the designated dealership.
    • Winners of Vespa Primavera motorcycles,Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycles, and Marlin 4 bicycles must claim their prizes from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday at the McDonald’s Philippines Head Office (8F F&M Lopez II Building, C. Palanca St. Makati City )
11. To claim the prize, winners must present the following:

• Copy of e-mail from the Golden Arches Development Corp.
• Screenshot of the winning raffle entry from the McDonald’s App, along with the copy of the official receipt.
• Two (2) valid ID with picture i.e. driver’s license, passport, and etc.

  In case the winner is not available to claim the prize, kindly present an authorization letter for the authorized representative along with photocopies of 2 Valid ID’s of the winner and the representative’s valid ID.

12. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from the receipt of electronic notification will be forfeited in favor of Golden Arches Development Corp. with prior approval from the DTI. Golden Arches Development Corp. will also shoulder the 20% tax.
13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
14. The owners, management and employees of GADC, promo partners, maintenance, security agencies, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno and participating outlets including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. Promo is available in all operational McDonald’s Drive-Thru stores indicated below except for McDonald’s Baclaran and Petron North Stores.
