Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer valid from 27 august 2021, friday – 31 August 2021, Tuesday inclusive at all participating adidas stores nationwide, excluding adidas factory outlets.
2. All customers are entitled to get 30% off on select adidas items.
3. Exclusions: offer is not available for 4d, hype & statement products, yeezy footwear, new arrivals, etc. Customers can reach out to floor staff members for further information on exclusion listing.
4. Offer not redeemable for cash and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
5. To adhere to the guidelines set for malls and shopping centers that are under gcq (general community quarantine), the adidas stores and its partner retailer stores will be providing the following setup:
   • To manage flow, customers can call any of the participating adidas stores to place their orders ahead. Store personnel can hold on to the items for up to three (3) days upon placing of order of customer. Once customer is available to pick up and pay for their items, they can head straight to the cashier to pay and receive their items.
   • Strictly implement a limit to the number of customers that are in the store at a given time;
   • Provide a queueing system outside the store with the prescribed distance if number of consumers are above store limit capacity at a given time.
6. Adidas will not be liable:
   • For any death, personal injury, loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of the cancellation/rescheduling of this promotion, any theft, unauthorized access or third-party interference, and any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
   • Or as a result of the customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these terms and conditions
7. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws.
