FAQs and HOW TO ORDER
To order and check size availability, please fill-out the order form and choose from the brand selections below. Kindly use the proper link for the brand you want to purchase from.

2. Once order form is all accomplished, click SUBMIT.
3. A confirmation message will be sent to you once order is successful.
4. Our store representative will contact you through the details provided for order confirmation, payment and delivery schedule. Due to the high volume of inquiries and orders, please give us at least 3 – 5 business days to process your order.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE PRICE LIST/PRODUCT LIST?
All featured items with their corresponding price points will be uploaded in an album in the Photos section of the SM Shoes and Bags Facebook Page.
WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The available Payment methods of The SM Store are as follows:
· Cash on Delivery (within Metro Manila only)
· Credit / Debit Card
· Mobile Payment (GCash)
· Via Ipay88
· Online Bank Transfer
The Delivery Options are the following:
· Logistics Provider (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
· Store Delivery (Company Motorcycle)
· Via LBC for Provincial Orders (Shipping Fee will be shouldered by Customer)
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE AND LEAD TIME?
Standard delivery fees apply. Our store representative will contact you for the final delivery fee once your order is confirmed. Please give us 2 – 5 business days to process your order.
For provincial orders, delivery will be via LBC.
DO WE ACCEPT GIFT CERTIFICATES AND OTHER VOUCHERS?
Yes. Gift Certificates are only accepted for Orders via Pick-Up. Branch for Pick-Up will be finalized once our store representative contacts you for order confirmation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?
Item must be returned to branch of origin. Valid reasons for exchange include the following:
· Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
· Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
· Wrong item is delivered; or
· Change of mind (style, size, color).
For CHANGE OF MIND returns, shipping fees will be shouldered by buyer.
Be sure that all items to be returned are still in their original packaging, with complete accessories and attached price tag.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY? EVEN FOR OUTSIDE METRO MANILA ORDERS?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is accepted for all Metro Manila orders. For Provincial Orders (Outside Metro Manila), COD is not available.
ARE YOU OPEN TO RESELLERS/WHOLESALERS?
Yes, resellers and wholesalers are welcome. Just fill-out and submit the order form so we can accommodate you.
WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO ORDER ANOTHER ITEM NOT IN YOUR ALBUM? (ex. OTHER BRANDS AND NON-SHOES AND BAGS ITEMS)
Yes. Fill-out the order form with the complete list of items you need to purchase from The SM Store so we can accommodate you.
